Delaware County Chapter Board:

Jessica Rivera
As a child, I grew up going to church and helping with dinners for the homeless and taking mission trips. Those memories stuck with me for all this time. Now being a local, small business owner, it was important for me to give back to my community and have my kids involved in an organization that made a positive impact. The Byron Saunders Foundation was just that! I’ve meet so many wonderful people thru BSF and am so happy to be part of a foundation that helps feed families during a time that get’s highly overlooked during the holiday season, Thanksgiving.
Andrew Notturniano
Marketing Chair
Being a part of the Byron Saunders Foundation has given me the opportunity to put empathy to work within my community; reaching those who need it most. As a Cleveland native and OSU graduate, I’m proud to say that I’ve considered Delaware, Ohio to be my home away from home for the last eight years.

Being fortunate enough to work with multiple small businesses here, I have been able to support them in achieving their goals. This experience, along with being a Delaware business owner myself, has allowed me to build relationships within a network of like-minded individuals who care deeply about this community.

As a board member of the Delaware County Chapter, I plan to build a passionate network of individuals who are dedicated to our mission; supporting Delaware County families during Thanksgiving.

Margo Seyboldt
Fundraising Chair
I’m passionate about helping to strengthen families by showing the love and light of Christ. The Byron Saunders Foundation (BSF) shares the love and light of Christ through special Thanksgiving meals. BSF offers great opportunities for families, friends, and individuals to come together to serve and improve the community and our world. The fruits of these efforts make Thanksgiving significant, and the effects are felt long after the important holiday!
Ericka Ponte
Vice President
I am the Senior Regional Director at CaaStle, Inc. CaaStle, Inc. provides technology, reverse logistics, and managed services to help retailers participate in the new rental subscription economy. I have worked with Byron Saunders Foundation in Franklin County for the last five years through food drives with CaaStle.  I have lived in Delaware County for 15 years, and I am thrilled to be able to give back to our community, where my husband and I are raising our four children.
Georgia Snodgrass
Volunteer Chair
Georgia is married with four children. She educates others on living a toxin-free lifestyle, especially when it comes to clean-crafted wine. Giving back to others has always been a part of her life. From volunteering at various non-profits throughout the years, serving on a committee for the American Cancer Foundation and seeing first hand the orphanages in Ghana (where 2 of her sons came from); she has seen first hand how big the need is to serve others. The Byron Saunders Foundation provides me and my family a way to give back to our community. It truly is the little things that make the biggest differences in other people’s lives.
Justin Parisi
Co-Volunteer Chair
Justin Parisi is a financial advisor with a community focus and is entering his 14th year in financial services. He believes that service and stewardship are the keys to success in his relationship based business. Justin works for Manning & Napier Advisors, a firm with 51 years of experience in helping Non-Profits, Business Owners, and Families with their financial goals. Justin is a Westerville resident and a father to his 6 year old daughter, Avery. Because Thanksgiving is his favorite day of the year and he believes that nobody should be without the experience that connects all of us around one common table, he proudly serves on the Board of The Byron Saunders Foundation of Delaware County.

In addition to his work with The Byron Saunders Foundation, he serves on the Board of Seeds Of Caring, he is transitioning onto the Board of the Westerville Noon Rotary, he is part of Leadership Westerville, and he is on the Big Brothers Big Sisters Foundation Board, where he is an active mentor. He is on the Neighborhood Bridges Steering Committee and The Arthritis Foundation Car Show Committee. Catch Justin at a Rotary Meeting every Thursday, at a SoHo meeting with The Chamber, or at any Ribbon Cutting happening in Westerville.

I am the owner of a small business in Lewis Center, LEVEL Medical Billing. I have worked with Byron Saunders Foundation over the last eight years through food drives and packaging meals for the distribution of deserving families. My husband and I live in Powell, where we are raising our three children. Byron Saunders Foundation is an amazing non-profit organization that can involve volunteers of all ages and has such a great cause behind it. I am grateful to be part of the Delaware County Chapter, where I can give back to my community!
